How long will it take to get my plans?
We take a deep dive into your project to get it done fast. Our current turn around is 4 weeks and we are getting quicker with every project we do.

When can you start designing my extension?
We start straight away... you will have your measured survey completed and we will be sketching out ideas together within 2 weeks.

What information do you need from me?
Not much… just fill in our questionnaire. 5 questions, 60 seconds of your time. You will also receive an instant quotation.

Will my plans pass the local council inspection?
We guarantee all plans will be approved by your local planning authority or you will get your money back! We have a 100% sucess rate so far!

How much are your Architecture fees?
We are really open about our fees and try to keep them as affordable as possible, it's part of our mantra 'quality, affordable plans' get a quote now.

How much will my extension cost me to build?
We can help you work out the cost of your extension before you even get a builder on board. No sucking through the teeth sounds necessary, just honest pricing.

Do I need to pay your Architect fees all in one go?
No, not if you don’t want to! A deposit is required in order to book your time-slot. The rest of the fees can be paid in monthly instalments with 0% interest. You can split it between 3 or 6 months if you wish. Interested, give us a call.

I don’t need a builder, I just need reliable tradespeople?
No problem, e-mail us for our tried and tested list of trades people… We have worked with a lot of experts and we keep the good ones on file.

Do you do those fancy 3D images?
Yes, we do fancy 3D renders for lots of our projects. They are so useful, you can show them to your builder in ordert o communicate ideas clearly. Clients who use renders tend to have a better relationship with their builder and avoid nasty suprises and disappointment. E-mail us for some examples.
"I don’t have any plans of my existing property, will I need to get them done?"
No, MUSTARD complete an accurate measured survey of your existing property before we start work. We will provide you with a set of existing drawings as well as a set of newly proposed drawings… it's all included in the price.
