You’ll sit down with our architect to sketch ideas, explore possibilities, and create a design that’s right for you - no jargon, just creativity and clarity.

Planning Drawings
Ready to go!
We’ll produce your planning drawings using professional CAD software. Once complete, you’ll review them, suggest tweaks, and then we’ll handle the planning submission for you.

Kick things off with a £500 deposit and you’ll receive:

Once your plans are ready
We’ll handle the planning application submission, complete all forms, and liaise with the planning officer on your behalf. Once approved, you’ll receive:
- A list of trusted builders, trades and professionals
- A top-tips guide to avoid costly mistakes
- Full support to help your build go smoothly
Payment Options
After your £500 deposit, you can choose to pay the remaining balance over 3, 6 or 12 months—whatever works best for you.
